This property was a great find. What am amazing location! The Kaweah River is get from the deck and the house is right off of the road to get to Sequoia.

Had a great time playing board games on the outside table, sitting on the back porch watching the river go by, relaxing by the TV, my friends wanted to live here.

we had an amazing stay; Ben was a great and informative host.location is just miles from the entrance to the Sequoia National Park.the property was amazing and we even did hikes around the grounds; right along the riverfront it was so serene and the sound of flowing water was true nirvana. house was clean and kitchen stocked with supplies. added bonus was outside table and chairs for eating as well as a propane grille. the internet was ok, but we were focused on nature. bedding was comfortable.would definitely stay again if in the area.

Lots of space for everyone

Endless space to create special memories. I promise, you will not get board. This home is in walking distance of a small humble town. Perfect for the family.

It's right by the river

I had a great time at this location, very comfortable bedding, clean bathrooms, right by the river so you can sit on the edge of the water and hang your feet in after a long hike, I felt safe with the setup of the main house and the use of the gate. The place we got had a smart TV and a comfortable couch. Will definitely keep this place in mind for my next trip.

Lovely holiday home in a picturesque river setting. Exactly as described in the listing and shown in the photos. Absolutely loved sitting on the deck watching the river in the evening sun. Would absolutely recommend.

On the river

House was perfect for our trip to sequoia. It’s only a couple miles from the entrance to the park which is fantastic bc there’s not much else out there! Three rivers has gas, mini mart and a couple places to eat/drink. The house is ON the river which runs all year and is so tranquil and beautiful. Beds were comfortable and we made use of the washer. Just remember you can’t drink the tap water so grab gallons at the minimart for drinking. It’s fine for cooking and showering! Would highly recommend.

My family enjoyed the place !

Easy communication, great location, huge backyard! Nice house with access to the river. We love everything, gated territory, full kitchen, perfect size for our family, 2 bedrooms, and an extra Queen bed hidden in the living room, patio with river view, and a big backyard with gazebo and the grill. (The small improvements in my opinion need to be done: The sling door in the kitchen needs some fixing, very hard to open/close and the shower curtain needs to be washed/changed) Will stay here again! Thank you!

Gem of a property!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property on the river, and it was truly a wonderful experience! The house was big and spacious, but it was also clean and easily accessible, with a seamless check-in process. Communicating with Ben, our fantastic host, was great! He was responsive and accommodating, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible and we had everything we needed to be comfortable, from recommendations to local restaurants and activities to ensuring everything was up to our expectations. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway. It is a gem of a property that offers comfort, convenience, and beauty all in one. I cannot wait to return to the tranquility of this amazing place once again.

Great Grounds

The location and the beach access are excellent. The grounds are overall wonderful: a lovely large deck, a great outdoor gazebo with dinning table and grill, and a large lawn area. There were several areas to access the water and explore the river bank. It was within walking distance to Reimers and River View Grill and a 2 minute drive to Sequoia Coffee and Three Rivers Brewery. The house itself is comfortable - nice beds and bedding and very roomy. However, the house appears nicer in the photos than it does in person. The bathroom looks like it is still in need of renovation and various areas of the house are a bit outdated. Speaking of renovations, the guesthouse adjacent to the main house is being remodeled and the owner did not disclose that there would be ongoing construction throughout our stay (even on Saturday) and we were surprised to arrive to a bit of a mess on the deck that the construction crew was kind enough to clean up for us. I would ask the host about this prior to booking. My only issues were this: the deck is not private and is shared with the guest house. There is no privacy screen so you will need to be comfortable with sharing all outdoor spaces provided. Lastly, the amenities were so-so. There were only two tiny dish towels provided in the kitchen, and there were only 3 wash rags provided in the bathroom. We couldn't find extras anywhere. Luckily there was a laundry room and we just washed those items each day. Overall, will stay again!
