WARNING! We found RAT POISON in one of the bedroom closets that was clearly eaten by a rodent. We have two young children who are curious and still put things in their mouth. THANK GOD we found it before they did otherwise they could have been seriously injured or died. There were a number of large gaps in the baseboards and floors all around the house that rodents could get in from. The moment we saw the posion we packed up and left because we felt it was not safe to be in a place with a likely rodent infestation. Also, as a previous reviewer has stated, there are MASSIVE changes in transition from the kitchen to the bathroom and the back door. I estimate it to be a 2 inch drop which I believe to be a VERY DANGEROUS tripping hazard. Especially because these transitions were not clearly marked. Having our young children running around would have been a huge liability. Even for us grown adults, walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night without it being clearly marked could have caused serious injuries. Also, there were big pieces of flooring missing that were also tripping hazards. Finally, the place was FILTHY when we arrived. There were dead bugs everywhere including in the fridge! They had sticky fly catchers hanging everywhere with tons of flies on them. There were a ton of crumbs on top of the couch cushions. The inside of the stove was disgusting along with many other things.The host refused to refund our money even after all this. 0/10 would not recommend
