Ideal for families or groups, the home features a private outdoor swimming pool (open June 15-Sept 15), an infrared sauna, and a furnished garden with terrace and barbecue-perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Inside, the villa boasts a spacious sitting room with a fireplace, central heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a high chair. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, with en-suite bathrooms, and there's plenty of entertainment with table football, board games, and a cozy dining area. A cot is available for little ones, and parking is provided on-site. Located just 100 m from the forest, the villa is close to hiking and cycling trails, the caves of Remouchamps (14 km), PlopsaCoo amusement park (28 km), and cross-country skiing in Ovifat. Restaurants and supermarkets are just 3 km away. Please note: charging electric vehicles, golf carts, or e-bikes is strictly prohibited due to fire risk.
