Lovely home with great location!

My husband and I along with another couple stayed for three weeks in January. We found the home to be spacious and comfortable. Our host, Charlotte, went above and beyond to provide everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We love to cook and found the large kitchen to be well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes etc..The location was excellent as it is close to Sumpter Landing and Brownwood Square. We would not hesitate to book again.

Long Weekend!

Super lovely home on a quiet street! Well positioned for Lake Sumpter Landing activities. Really enjoyed our time and the home was as advertised! Owner was attentive and cared about our stay! Was in town for my Mom’s Celebration of Life so not worrying about housing made the whole trip much easier.

Villages multi week stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home. The host did a wonderful job thinking of all the little details. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of everything; pots/pans/plates/glasses/utensils and all the items we have in our own kitchen, even a food thermometer! Beds were very comfortable. Lots of extra blankets, pillows etc… Driving the golf cart all day around the Villages/golf/groceries was never a problem since the owner smartly purchased a large life battery! We will be staying there again!

We came down to celebrate our Moms 90th birthday Check in was easy and we felt at home in minutes. Beds were comfortable, towels and linens and house was immaculate. We will stay there again ♥️

Perfect Home in great neighborhood

The house was amazing. It was the perfect blend of welcoming and warm. It was in the ideal location for us. It also served as home base for dropping our children off at college (a bit sad because it's first time) but also as a base for looking around the Villages to see about making the next step of a move down there. It was as advertised, yet even better. We look forward to staying here again.

Lovely house and a great location in The Villages

Very nice, large comfortable house with a wonderful decoration theme throughout and fantastic landscaping. Open floor plan from the kitchen through the dining area into the living room allows for great conversation and family togetherness. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and you just "fit right in" immediately. You are a 2 minute golf car ride to two different pools, and 10 minutes to Sumter Landing square. The grocery store, and other shops as well as a few restaurants are only a few minutes away by auto, but can be accessed by golf car with absolutely no concerns. Lastly, the owner is wonderful. Very responsive, helpful and insightful, if I had a question, it was answered very quickly. There is a manual in the home that lays out the entire city, gives directions on accessing wi-fi, and provides directions on services such as garbage pick up. Invaluable. All in all this is a great house, fantastic location, and a wonderful owner. As an individual who has brought his family down to The Villages for over 10 years, I recommend this property as a place to stay, effortlessly, and enjoy all the community has to offer. Great location and open floor plan

Really enjoyed our stay and this home had all the needed amenities. Having use of a golf cart and close proximity to the rec center and golf courses was a real plus. Love Sumter Landing and getting there was a short cart ride. Charlotte was the ultimate host and was very easy to get ahold of when needed. Definitely plan on staying here in the future.

Christmas Get Away

The home was just as described with all the comforts of home and everything we needed for a great week in The Villages for Christmas. The golf cart was a plus. The home is in an excellent location that was close to everything. Charlotte is an excellent host and responds quickly to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful accommodations

Most enjoyable 2 week stay. Perfect location for my family of 5. Can't say enough - beautiful home fully equipped. Most comfortable beds. Lots of linens, kitchen appliances, TVs, etc. Hottest outdoor August temperatures but the air conditioning always kept the home cool and comfortable. Down in the low 70's. Host available for any questions. Will return to this home.

Great place to stay at

Huge house with lots of room. Everything was provided which was great. Comfortable king size bed and stellar master closet. Great location to 2 pools (family and adult), rec center and really close to Sumter Landing. Golf cart rides were fantastic. Would stay here again and again. Communication with Charlotte was fantastic.
