Great outside space

Lovely well equipped outside area with outside kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and BBQ area and lots of sunbeds. Indoors it was a bit dated but very clean. It didn’t matter as we spent all but sleeping time outside. The check in process was a bit unprofessional with no explanation of how things work, like TV’s blinds etc. We couldn’t get the property manager to answer the phone when we called him which was disappointing. However if you like to spend your holidays outside I would recommend this villa.

Group trip

Initially not enough beds or linens when we arrived. One of the rooms had damp and the heater didn’t work. One of the bathrooms flooded each time we used the shower and many times the hot water for showers ran cold, host made no attempt to fix after multiple requests. The bedroom listings are not accurate - 4 double beds rather than 2. Bathrooms aren’t accurate - 7 toilets, 8 showers (though one toilet and two showers are in an outhouse and one is an outdoor shower). Charged for energy consumption (almost 25% of the booking cost) which was never included as part of the booking process. Charged for pool heating when we specifically asked for it not to be on. WiFi has poor coverage for the house, wasn’t working when we arrived and took two days to be fixed. Bins are small and not suited for a house of 4 never mind 16. All in all, the place was cheap and the group spaces were nice but the quirks of the house for a large group, maintenance issues, misrepresentation of the space online, and the lack of support from the owners mean we would not return as a group.
