New owners for this previous SuperHost location on the lake in Teques, pool, second floor outdoor dipping tub, 4 bedrooms with 7 beds. Waterfront location close to center of town. On site maintenance, cleaning and cooking staff included in your fees. Automatic gate, home with privacy for your group. Watch the amazing sunrises from the every room in the house.

Also on the property is a two bedroom casita for staff at the top of the property with a private bathroom and shower, air conditioning and small kitchen

Oversized master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, shower, balcony and great views of the lake. Down one level to main bedrooms and bathrooms. VIP bedroom with king bed and private bathroom. Two other bedrooms with shared bathroom and shower, double beds and bunk beds in each room. Down a level to the kitchen with bar seating, dinning room with plenty of seating, TV area, doors slide open to give you amazing views of the lake, outdoor living area with dipping pool. Down one level to the pool area with a covered area for shade, the palapa kitchen overlooking the lake and BBQ. There are air conditioners in each bedroom plus the main area of the house and palapa kitchen
