Townhomes on the Creek at Tristant 117 is one of the premier vacation homes in Mountain Village. Located off Village By-Pass ski run, this 3-bedroom/3-bath home with private hot tub, offers ski-in/ski-out convenience via a private lift or the Tristant ski bridge. The view from the great room is stunning including the St Sophia Ridge and eastward toward the ski area. The home is impecably furnished with modern chic decor and classic elegance. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen offers top-of-the-line appliances, breakfast bar and granite counters. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with seating for eight. The great room entertainment system features a large smart TV. From the great room, you will step through french doors onto the private deck featuring built-in BBQ, amazing view of the St Sophia Ridge, and outdoor dining. The master bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace, 42” LED flat screen TV, and its own private deck. The master bath is luxurious with jetted soaking tub, steam shower, and his/hers sinks. The 2nd master bedroom is situated off the living area with a king bed and full bathroom adjacent. The third bedroom is on the lower level of the home with 2 modern sets of bunk beds (4 twins), an ensuite bath, and direct access via french doors to the beautiful patio with private outdoor hot tub.
