I liked the property overall. Two suggestions: put something on the floor of the showers to prevent falls, as the tile is extremely slippery. Second, have fans available for the rooms when heat is the only option (as it was in the case of my stay); it was too hot to sleep!

A great choice for travelers who want to explore Tbilisi easily. The hotel is centrally located, close to public transport and just a short walk from the Old City. This makes it perfect for sightseeing, dining, and discovering local attractions. Comfortable, clean, and modern — ideal for a convenient city stay.

The rooms are small and strangely decorated. A good shower though. Balcony view was of trees. The climate control system was always on hot and would not change, no matter what the setting. The only way to make the comfortable was to open the window. Internet was ok most of the time but of the 38 tv channels, only 12 were accessible. There are lots of restaurants close by which is good. It’s a good location but a bit pricey for what is there.

We arrived at the reception desk at 6am, there was an overweight guy that informed me that he cannot accommodate us, even though i have asked previously the hotel if I come at 6 they can accommodate us and half the price. He then suggested that I go to IOTA hotel. Next days we check in, our room is on the 4th floor, sewage smell all over the floor and the room. My wife threw up twice. We went to reception and they stated that it was fixed. But the smell was still there.
