Inside, the home features a bright, open-concept main floor with a fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with a large island, wine fridge, and everything you need to cook and entertain. The dining table seats 8 guests comfortably, with additional seating at the island.

The living room offers a cozy yet upscale atmosphere with a gas fireplace, smart TV, a comfy couch, board games and water views, perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom with a King bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring a standalone soaking tub and glass shower
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Two Double Beds
Bedroom 4 (Not in main house): Loft above the garage with a King bed and its own full bathroom with shower

There are 3.5 bathrooms in total:

Beach towels: We have a small supply of beach towels available, but we recommend bringing your own to ensure everyone has enough.

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the dock, sauna, backyard, garage and all amenities. Keyless entry makes check-in simple and convenient.

We are always available by phone, email or text during your stay.

🐾 Pet Policy

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but must be added to your reservation and approved in advance. Our pet policy is as follows:

Pets are NOT permitted on any beds. Our linens are white, and we work hard to keep them in excellent condition.
If you wish to have your pet on the bed with you, please bring your own bedding.

Pets must never be left unattended, indoors or outdoors.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside, except when in the designated kennel area.

Any damage caused by your pet is the owner’s full responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Please ensure your pet does not bark excessively or disturb neighbours.
You must clean up after your pet in the yard and kennel.

🚫 No parties or events — quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

🔥 Firewood for the sauna is provided.

⚠️ Safety Notes:

Children must be supervised at all times.
The rocks by the water are slippery - avoid walking on them.
Water levels are shallow - do not jump off the dock.
Use caution in the sauna - it gets extremely hot. Children are not permitted inside unattended.
We are not responsible for injuries on the property.

Payment is due at the time of booking. Confirmed guests will receive a link to our guest portal to sign our rental agreement and view booking details (including payments and receipts).
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
100% Refund: For cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date.
50% Refund: For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the check-in date.
No Refund: For cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the check-in date.

A $500 security hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 3 days prior to check-in. This is a pre-authorization only and no funds will be charged unless damage or excessive cleaning is identified after check-out.
Out of respect for the neighbours please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-8am daily.
Absolutely no parties allowed
The number of guests on the property must always reflect the number of guests booked. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 10. Should it be found that there are more than 10 people on the property at any time you will be asked to leave without a refund and you will be charged for the extra guests.
