Description:

Tavira is an ideal place to stay for entertaining and relaxing as it is situated on the edge of the Ria Formosa natural reserve park which produces sea salt and has a myriad of wild life including flamingos and pretty butterflies. The water ways are busy with yachts, fishing boats and ferries particularly in the summer when visitors hop across to the Island of Tavira. The Island has a good choice of restaurants in an otherwise un-spoilt area of outstanding natural beauty. The area boast a great variety of restaurants and cafe's and is an ideal place to use as a base to explore the Algarve, it's many beautiful beaches, water sports and the golf courses near by. Benamor golf is the nearest 18 hole golf course approx. 2,5 kilometer down the road. The golf courses of Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima are less than a 10 minutes drive away.

The property is located on a good location between the commercial center Gran Plaza and Tavira town center. All amenities are within walking distance from this very well presented, stylish luxury apartment. The property consists of a hallway leading to a light and bright living room with dining area, adjacent fully fitted and equipped kitchen; all in open plan design. Both good size double bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There are two bathrooms; one en-suite with bath and shower and one with shower. Sofa bed in the living room. Access from both living room and kitchen through large sliding windows onto a South East facing terrace with table and chairs. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and a private terrace of approx. 8m2 with table & chairs. Access to the apartment by elevator or staircase.

We have been using rented apartments for more than 20 years and this was definitely one of the best Very modern and comfortable and extremely well equipped in a fairly central location to the old town of Tavira which is beautiful and has a large number of restaurants and cafesWould definitely rent this property again

We liked Tavira and the surroundings, the seaside and the boattrips, the temperature... the apartment was fully equipped and everything was working fine. Air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets installed in the window frames in the sleeping rooms is also a great plus. Renting again if coming back to Tavira.

Apartment exceeded our expectations and we had everything we needed we were very happy, One small detail the front door key took a bit of fiddling to get the door open and was annoying I’d recommend changing the bolt lock otherwise everything else was fabulous we hope to come back again.

Genau was wir gesucht haben

Wir waren für eine Woche in Tavira und haben von dort aus die Algarve Küste erkundet. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur erfolgte ohne Probleme (auf Englisch) und wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Der Check-In war gar kein Problem und wir durften etwas früher in die FeWO. Die Wohnung enthält alles, was man benötigt und die Austattung insgesamt ist als sehr gut zu bezeichnen. Hochwertige Kaffeemaschine, Grill, Induktionshert, 3 Klimaanlagen, Balkon, Waschmaschine, 2 Badezimmer und ausreichend Handtücher. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke auch perfekt. Fußläufig liegt ein großes Einkaufszentrum, die Innenstadt von Tavira ist auch gut zu erreichen und mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell am Meer, in Spanien und den umliegenden Dörfern/ Städten. Wir können die FeWo und Tavira wirklich sehr empfehlen und freuen uns nochmal dorthin zurückzukommen :)

Experiência de Um Novo Apartamento Em Tavira

Boa estadia. Ótimo apartamento, excetuando o acesso à garagem, sendo necessária alguma perícia para não danificar o carro e as áreas a atravessar. Não se compreende como é possível licenciar tal acesso, bem como uma garagem que não tem arejamento. Um pequeno tanque de lavagens na varanda era útil, para não termos de lavar os chinelos na banheira. Infelizmente, agora no Algarve, os apartamentos deixaram de ter bidé nas casas de banho, obrigando os usuários a outras ginásticas.
