Had trouble with your lady wanting my bank details .I noticed on your email disclaimer saying dont give bank details after dealing with Expeditor.Banks are telling us also. I got to your place and had no power. Your man got there and sorted that problem . Went into bathroom and there was electrical packaging on the vanity and finally the TV wouldnt allow me any sky programmes as per on your TV station list.The room was otherwise tidy and bed was comfortable

This is a remote motel (IE no one available for in person checkin) - perhaps we missed this condition when booking but with no ability to call the number required to get the key lock access code (strongly suggest having a WhatsApp friendly number to call or online chat service for those with data only SIM cards or provide the key details via email) it made it quite complicated to check in. Venue is dated, but very clean, and value for money comparative to metro accomodation is low, although this appears the norm in Taupo. Quite satisfactory for an overnight stay.

Upon arrival from Napier to Taupo, I hadn’t received details they said would be emailed about where to find the room and the code to the key lockbox. Luckily, there was a staff member waiting outside to be picked up and she rung reception for me. Then I was emailed the code and room number. The spa bath in the room was to die for, literally amazing. But, the bed was rock hard and so were the pillows, it was a terrible sleep. It was also really noisy, we could hear people talking in the other rooms and heard when they would turn the shower or tap on etc… It’s a beautifully located motel that could be done a lot better.

This is an e-motel. Not indicated on expedia. There is no staff onsite. Impossible to get extra emenities. If you do not have a phone to call a number (wherever the call answer is) it is not possible to enter the room as the key lock box code is sent to you by e-mail. Location on the waterfront is good. Parking is a tight squeeze. Bed was uncomfortable.

On the lake front but most units down a driveway with no view. Bathroom was terrible badly needs maintenance. Just looked dirty and shower over a tall bath so husband and I could not use the shower . Wouldn't recommend this property.

At 2pm on the day of arrival I hadn’t received an email with access details so had to ring to access room. The room has everything you need & is comfortable however all pillows are like hard foam blocks.

Well, the main 2 things that we have noticed with this place, was the lighting outside never turned off and the curtains did not block out the light. Fridge , the icebox was frozen so we couldn't get anything in it, and the bed was rock hard and the pillows were big and hard.
