Space is 2 levels and is not shared. The unit is centrally located in Taunton on rte 138 close to the taunton center. Nearby park and closeby restaurants and stores.

Our first impression was a porch that needed work, and an entrance door that needed to be replaced. The property could have been better cared for. The room was clean, and the amenities were sufficient. Contact with the host was good, although we did not receive any instructions until we got there. The neighborhood itself was once very nice, but has certainly degenerated over time; we did not feel completely comfortable as there was much police activity in the area including a knock on our door one evening. Won't rule out another stay, but will definately look at other alternatives.

Serviceable dwelling

The dwelling was basically adequate. Sadly , we didn’t anticipate the steep and narrow stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. When we had an issue with the doorknob, the manager ( owner) promptly fixed it. The bed upstairs was very comfortable and the air conditioning was adequate.

Nice clean spot, friendly host!

Had a solid stay at this property. We went for a concert at Xfinity and this was just what we were looking for. The host was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future
