There were a few cobwebs in the room/bathroom and the shower was very cold. However, all of the staff were kind and welcoming and the pool was very clean with great changing facilities.

The room was spotless, lovely beds and pillows everything was perfect in the room, loved the Elemis products in the bathroom. Dinner was superb I recommend the Burger! Breakfast was cooked to order it was served hot and was so tasty, Claire&Olga looked after us very well, lovely ladies, Alison and the reception team made us very welcome and were very helpful, we will definitely be back!

Staff was nice . Won’t be booking a king size bed again as there 2 beds put together and was a cap in the middle of the bed . No jacuzzi so very disappointed in that . Taxi waiting out side which I found handy asked to take us to a pub that was 5 min away and wanted £10 pounds so had to use the car . Won’t be returning to this hotel again.
