Plenty of room for everyone!

This is a sweet renovated home on a quiet street in Seminole Heights. I love this neighborhood - it is close to everything and has a lot of character. On balance, I would recommend this place if you want to stay in the neighborhood. Pros - comfy beds, enough space for hanging, dining, etc., hosts are very generous with items like soap, toilet paper, replacement garbage bags, towels, etc.Cons - the house is older, so it's dark and needs better lighting; the kitchen items badly need updating (the one knife in the house had a broken tip); the hot water was inconsistent.

My Stay

My stay was not so great, overall the pictures for this home need to be updated! Grass needs to be cut for presentations. Pests were in the home, including roaches and spiders. I understand there are a lot of trees but an exterminator should come in every two week’s minimum to control the problem. The walls in the home haven’t been cleaned in forever there are stains and dirt and dust on them. The corners of the walls have spiders. In master bedroom, you can hear the water dripping on the inside of the walls. The backyard would have been a great places to sit had the yard been cleaned and presentable. Honestly I don’t feel like this home was worth the price of $800. I honestly wish I could have gotten a portion of my money back for the home.

Cute bungalow close to everything

Stayed here for USF orientation and visited Busch Gardens and both were conveniently located minutes away. Enough space for family of 4. Backyard was spacious with seating, lights and firepit that we unfortunately did not have any time to enjoy because of short trip. Easy check in and out.

Review

It was a nice stay but it was not as clean as I thought it would be. Some things on the property were also already broken when we got there. There was trash under the beds and the back yard was overgrown. Some of the lights didn’t work and needed a professional cleaner to do a once over of the house.

Perfect rental!

This VRBO is the perfect house for a weekend vacation. The description and pictures were 100% accurate. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. The amenities especially the outdoor area and yard games made for a great trip. Thank you to the owners! 10/10 would stay here again.

Comfortable and clean

This property looks slightly more dated than pictured, but is very clean and comfortable. We had two couples staying there and enjoyed the common space between the bedrooms, while still being able to enjoy privacy. The backyard looked very inviting but weather and plans did not allow us to use it. Hand soaps and shampoo/conditioners were provided but no shower gel or bath soap. Would definitely recommend this property.

Short Busch Gardens Trip

Planned a weekend trip to Busch gardens and came across this house on VRBO perfect amount of rooms and beds for my family of 6. Would definitely stay here again they have everything you need and close location to everything.

Great stay!

We had 6 guests and it did not feel crowded at all. We used the backyard space everyday , the ambiance was terrific. Quiet area- we were probably the loudest - we had a few runners and the neighborhood was up and coming. The river was nice and the parks made for a good view. Not too far from anything. Clean - stocked- and as advertised. Overall an awesome stay with this host.

Quiet time.

My dogs loved the backyard, I really enjoyed walking them around the area. The neighbors are very friendly. Close to everything. I rented this house to sleep and recharge so that I could go back to work for another year. I would rent it again.

Stay Made Easy

This was a weekend stay for us to see Taylor Swift. The house was clean, cozy and SMELLED amazing as soon as you opened the door. Everything about the process was super simple. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately. Super Close to Raymond James Stadium, Busch Gardens and I believe we saw the Zoo nearby also. Highly recommend and would for sure stay again.

Cozy retreat

This home was exactly what we expected. Our Golden Doodle enjoyed chasing the squirrels in the large lit backyard . We found 3 grocery stores close by and several restaurants to order from. The Bluetooth “radio” was a nice touch. We had a great experience!

Quick family getaway

Excellent house for our quick getaway to Tampa. Conveniently located close to high quality restaurants and Busch Gardens. The house had all amenities needed for my family. Would definitely stay again!
