There are a lot of false statements in your description. No gaming/work desk with dual monitors. Full beds instead of queen. Cheap sheets, not lush. No room-darkening shades and no window (bedroom). No instructions as to hot water. "Kitchenette" (not a full kitchen) is crammed into bedroom with a full-sized washer, dryer and fridge. Tiny microwave, tiny coffee maker and a snackster (not a toaster). Exposed pipes, roaches and equipment plugged into a power strip plugged into another power strip, wires dangling. One light switch for the entire place which turns off the light by the front door; the bathroom and bedroom are on the other side. No dining table - just a counter with bar stools. leftover art from studio days just propped against walls or half-hanging on wall. Dinnerware is dollar-store quality, some plastic. No dish soap. All other soaps, shampoos, etc are used bottles. You shouldn't be operating this as a vrbo until you update things and pass code.
