Beware of bedbugs! The only reason the property is getting an overall rating of 2 stars is because host response time is great! We are a family that does not complain much and like to find the bright side of things. There were snakes on the property which deterred us from being outback. We were able to enjoy night one out back. Not that big of a deal because it’s Florida! The grill did not work and the propane was empty for the fire pit. Bed bug were found on the day of checkout! I asked for an inspection report and received an email opposed to a report. Bed bugs are serious especially if you carry them home. Unfortunately due to it being the day of checkout there was essentially nothing that could be done and the host is unwilling to refund any portion of our stay to cover damages. Please do ask for a full inspection of bed bugs prior to your stay if you choose this property. Inspect the mattresses and linen (which we did not do and I now know better moving forward). Adam is a very good communicator, I can say that. However, I expected a full inspection report for the inside of the home opposed to an “I looked and didn’t see anything” email from a pest company.

Busch Garden Family Trip

We decided at the last minute to take a quick family trip to Busch Garden and wanted to find a place where the grandkids could swim and have plenty of room to run around in the yard…this property was perfect! It was clean inside, spacious, large yard with a pool, updated appliances and most of all plenty of hot water for our showers. We had a minor concern and the host responded quickly, and even delivered supplies the next morning We would definitely recommend this property and agree with all the others who left 5 stars for this property, and the host!

Beautiful home, amazing back yard!!

We were in town for a football event and this house was perfect for our group. The house is beyond beautifully decorated. The background space was our absolute favorite! Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Host was fantastic also.

Great stay

The property was just as described. The interior was clean and tidy. All of the needed items except washcloths. The outside could have been blown off and prepared for us to stay. All it needed was to be blown off with a blower. But over all was a great place to stay!!! Communication was great also!! I do recommend this property.

Great Space for Family Reunion

We had a family reunion in the area and ages ranged from 0ne to Ninety One. The house was clean, the outdoor space was awesome, the kitchen could use some more cooking and baking items. The owner was very open to our suggestions to add these items and told me he would be purchasing them immediately.

Women's Hockey Team Stay

Beautiful outdoor space with a pool, dining table, couches, fire table, grill and pool table. We spent all the time we weren't playing hockey - out in this amazing space. Plenty of space inside to make meals and lots of comfortable beds!!!
