Each bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a kig size bed.

The first floor features two bedrooms with their own en-suite bathroom and spacious closets as well. Both bedrooms have king size beds and access to a large balcony surplombing the whole garden.

Playa Langosta neighborhood is a calm residential area situated in a culc-de-sac. The house is about 6' walk to the Langosta Beach and its beautiful estuary on the Pacific Ocean. There is a small local supermarket, two delicious pizza restaurants, ( El Sapo & Fish & Cheese) a great sports bar (Langosta Bar & Grill) and a golf cart and bycicle rental place.

Tamarindo and its busy day and night life is only a short walk away (10/ walk along the beach or along the road,5' cycling) Tamarindo offers anything you need: supermarkets, banks,pharmacy,yoga,night market,farmers market,skatepark,beauty salon.

Langosta is a great spot for body boarding and Tamarindo is one of the best surfing spots. For beginners the beach called Capitan Suizo is absolutely perfect.
