The place was great, met all our expectation, very clean and tidy. There were a couple of small issues and the staff took care of it right away, even at night after hours. I recommend this house and this stuff to anyone it was a pleasure.

Beautiful stay in paradise. The house was in impeccable condition. Even better than the photos!!! The beds were so comfortable. The property was a dream. The pool was so refreshing. I loved every minute of our stay and I definitely would love to come back!!

The house (and hosts) far exceeded my expectations!! After carefully researching the MANY options in Tamarindo, we decided on this house and the pictures didn't begin to give the full experience we enjoyed. It's not often in life that you're "pleasantly surprised", but this is one occasion I will never forget. Everything about the house was absolutely amazing, and the hosts (Jose and Lali) were very friendly, helpful and responsive. We felt like we were at our own private resort! The home was spotless, the (two!) kitchens were well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the open-air feel to the home and the outdoor patio is where we spent most of our time...other than the beach, which was only a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk.Having travelled the world and stayed at countless other vacation rental homes, this home is now at the top of the list and was the best vacation ever!! We can't wait to go back again...and stay even longer the next time.

We love this house! It's a great option for a group of adults or family(ies) with older kids. It provided a lot of privacy for all guests to sleep and have their own bathroom. It was also so quiet inside each bedroom! The beds were super comfortable and we all slept great the entire stay!With bedrooms separate from the living space and open to the outside, I wouldn't recommend this property for families with younger kids unless you plan to stay in the same room with them.The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked and grilled throughout our entire stay. The host was quick to answer any questions we had and worked to try and help us secure golf carts after our company took our money and didn't deliver carts as per our reservation. As a side note, never use Rent Me Tamarindo. We're still trying to get our money back 2 weeks after they failed to provide us with golf carts we reserved (and had to pay for in advance).On the golf cart note, the gated area as quite steep hills and I would recommend a golf cart or rental car to get around from the house to Tamarindo.The pool was great! We saw wildlife in the yard including lots of birds, bats, geckos and iguanas. All of these were outside. The separate apartment was a great spot for added privacy, extra fridge space, and a cute little cool plunge pool on the deck. We also appreciated the laundry facilities that were available. There is a wonderful grocery store just outside the gate of this area and other ammenities.

Jose was an incredibly attentive host for truly the most amazing VRBO experience we have ever had as a family. It’s not often a place looks even better than the pics! The spacious property is brand new and absolutely gorgeous! Well, tastefully appointed with everything we needed to cook each night- grill, etc. The outdoor living area had comfortable seating and felt private. The pool was sparkling and we loved the stone outdoor shower! Bedrooms are private, comfortable and appreciated the down comforters. Community is very quiet, upscale and felt extremely safe with the guarded entrance. Super market is very close too! Would recommend a car for convenience. Highly highly recommend! We will be back!
