Hidden Gem

I came to town to visit my FSU student. This property instantly felt like home. So much so my son was happy just to come hang out with me here. Great kitchen for cooking. Park the car and walk. Host is responsive and so helpful.

Road trip stopover

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. Property was clean and well equipped.Only one complaint/ suggestion for the host. Access to the unit requires climbing 44 steps. As a couple in our 70’s we might have thought twice about choosing this unit because of the difficulty of gettin our luggage to and from the unit.

Perfect stay for visiting FSU

This condo was the perfect place to stay while visiting my college student at FSU. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with just the right essentials for a hassle-free stay. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic property and location

For anyone looking for a clean, well appointed and safe stay that is close to downtown and FSU, look no further. Justina made check in smooth and flawless and was there to answer any questions we had. A solid 5 stars. Just don't forget to return the parking pass!! Lots of signs reminding you!

Nice apartment

Comfortable apartment with thoughtful extras. Location was good and provided easy access. Our only issue was with parking spot, since parking was advertised as part of rental. The prior guests had left with the pass and we were stuck finding street parking on a rainy evening because we were informed that towing was strictly enforced for the inner lot after 9PM. Fortunately parking was available on the street behind the complex. The owner did provide a refund of a portion of our fee for the inconvenience.

College Visit

The property was conveniently located near FSU and FAMU, just as advertised, which made it a great choice for our visit. However, the listing was misleading regarding the sleeping arrangements. The sleeper sofa bed is actually just a regular couch, and while an air mattress was provided, this was not what we expected based on the advertisement. Despite this, the property still suited our needs for the trip, but accurate representation of amenities would improve the experience for future guests.

Wonderful Home and Great Location

We stayed here while visiting my brother in the hospital. The condo is stylish, very comfortable, and so well stocked it felt like home! The location was close to the hospital and university and felt very safe. The owner communicates well and made our stay so easy. We’ll definitely plan to stay here again!

Justina is a great host…

The property is modern and exceptionally clean. Justina is an incredible host, always responding timely to inquiries. The online property description states that there is a sleeper sofa in the tv room area but there is only a sofa without a bed. I wrote to Justina and she immediately brought over an air mattress for the person sleeping in that room.Will definitely stay there again.

2 night stay in Tallahassee

We stayed here to help move our adult child into an apartment near FSU. Location was great, apartment and street were quiet. Apartment was clean and safe. The bed for the 3rd person is not a true bed — it is sleeping on a couch (not a pull out couch). Other than that, it was a very comfortable and easy stay. Host was very responsive via text regarding a few questions upon entering apartment.
