OFF JULY AND AUGUST POSSIBILITY OF PARTIAL RENTAL
In a beautiful garden of 11. 000m² with swimming pool. The view is breathtaking on the hills, the nearby agricultural landscape, Ano Syros the medieval village of the island, the sea, Tinos and Mykonos. Total calm, very distant neighborhood. Workspace with steps 45m ² under pergola, swimming pool 8. 5X3. 5. Nearby horse riding, sailing, diving, hiking. This old farmhouse, built at the top of the hill between 1890 and 1930, forms with its outbuildings a small village with alleys, paths, squares. At the entrance a small chapel, Saint André, a threshing floor, the rose oleanders, the garden, the pool and the pergola form a set, perfect setting for holidays with friends all together and each one on his side . The whole is restored entirely in 2016 and decorated by the owners in a very offbeat traditional spirit. Each outbuilding has a separate entrance and private courtyard without opposite. Each room with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, has direct access to its bathroom. Three kitchens allow to live independently, the terraces offer amazing views depending on the moment, the large pergola next to the pool forms the meeting space with friends for a drink or dinner together. This space of 45m² workplace with large table and wi-fi, can accommodate courses, seminars, workshops ..
