Very nice stay, not too budget, not too expensive. I was in a higher grade room (kitchen and separate bedroom, so my comments relate to that). They went to the trouble of combining my split-booking so thanks for that. No double-insulation, so might be noisy on the lower floors. Air cond worked well. Acceptable location unless you're ancient (im a fit 68, so i mean really ancient) as it's mostly up hill from here. Thanks. PS The laundry bags were a bit of an obstacle course, but my Chinese is good enough to find out you've given her 4 floors to clean... wow... no wonder she has no time to move them. Time to give her a raise... or one less floor to do!!

Location was great, but the room was not worth what we paid for. Cleaning staff removed the second room key and kept unplugging devices left on the charge. One available powerpoint in a room for five people was an issue, especially when we came back and the item left to charge was unplugged. This happened on both full days we were there. We were in a family room, so we had lots of devices to charge. Rooms in need of upkeep- wall damage in our room. We were given the disabled room (fine) but there was no toilet roll holder or soap dispenser in the room. Not great with kids. Rooms need a serious update as they feel dates and need maintenance. No security- you can get onto any floor without a room key.

Very much in need of a spruce up. Shower has no pressure, aircon isn't great, in room facilities (kitchen, lights, TV) aren't great and certain things don't work. Not bad enough to complain to get fixed (although the shower was close) but I won't be staying again. Front desk staff are lovely. Cleaning isn't great.

Dirty rooms, black mold in shower and around sink.tiny rooms, extremely noisy from hallways and street. My luggage was broken and they wouldnt help. Would never recommend or stay here again. Not worth half of what u pay

Very convenient hotel in a great location. The staff were excellent. Parking was ok, but very small, we are glad we had a small car. Room itself was ok, great kitchenette and space. Pool and spa were lovely. Would stay again.

This is my second time staying at YEHS, I love the location very conveinent. The staff are polite and helpful. It is an older style hotel but is clean and Tidy. The parking is tight, I have a small car so manageable but there are people parking with bigger cars which makes it challenging and very tight in an already tight car park. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

I booked a week-long stay at the Y.E.H.S. Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The pictures online did not match the reality of the property. There's a reason that the featured photo is of the restaurant next door. The room was filthy, with messy walls and a lot of dust throughout the room. The bathroom was nearly unusable, the water temperature in the shower would swing from scalding hot to cold instantly, making it uncomfortable and unsafe. The rooms were very outdated and in serious need of renovation. I was there with my son, and we did not feel comfortable staying. We left after the first night because it simply wasn’t a place we could continue to sleep in. The only positive was the friendliness of the staff, but sadly, that wasn’t enough to make up for the poor condition of the hotel. This property needs a major overhaul before I could recommend it to anyone.
