Paid $450 a night for room with broken , non functioning air condtioner from when I first arrived. Staff admitted it didn't work but no alternative room offered and no discount for inconvenience. Was advised management would touch base but never happened. Worst experience from a supposed 4 star hotel in 40 years. Avoid at all costs

Room was quite comfortable, with balcony. Big bed. The staff were very helpful and particularly as we had left some items behind We were able to grab a parking spot at $40 per day below the hotel, which was handy.
