Un encantador apartamento tranquilo, construido especialmente a un tiro de piedra de la playa en el centro de la ciudad

Un apartamento de dos dormitorios muy bien diseñado, luminoso y bien ventilado en el último piso de un bloque de pisos nuevos construidos encima de la galería comercial Daisy May.

Compramos esta nueva casa de vacaciones desde hace unos años y compramos muebles nuevos a la vez para entrar. Tiene una encantadora cocina abierta / sala de estar / comedor con área de cocina totalmente equipada de lujo nuevo. El piso está orientado al oeste y se beneficia del sol de la tarde y la tarde.

Como tenemos cuatro hijos, hemos tendido el apartamento con el dormitorio más grande para tener dos juegos de literas, para dormir cuatro, con el dormitorio más pequeño que está configurado con una cama doble. Ambas habitaciones tienen cofres completamente nuevos para la ropa, y también hay almacenamiento debajo de la cama para cualquier otro artículo, bolsos, zapatos, etc. para mantenerlos fuera del camino. Se proporciona toda la ropa de cama.

El baño de lujo está bien diseñado y equipado con un baño completo y accesorio de la ducha, lavabo e inodoro separados, azulejos integrales, calentador de toallas y una línea de lavado en el baño (con clavijas) para secar los trajes de baño. Se proporcionan toallas de baño y de mano, pero debe traer sus propias toallas de playa.

El piso es de doble acristalamiento con ventanas de guillotina y persianas ajustables.

Hay una mesa de comedor y cómodas sillas de cuero para seis personas y un amplio sofá de cuero en forma de L. También hay un televisor de pantalla plana con TDT y wifi. También tenemos un sistema de alta fidelidad Bluetooth controlado remotamente que se sincronizará con cualquier dispositivo Bluetooth, como iPhone, etc.

La cocina bien equipada tiene una nevera con congelador pequeño, horno, parrilla, fogones, campana extractora y microondas separado y una nueva máquina de café Nespresso (no se proporcionan vainas de café) o una tetera si prefiere el té. Hay muchos armarios para almacenar comida, y tiene todos los utensilios de cocina que necesitaría para una estancia confortable.

Como este es un piso del segundo piso, hay dos tramos de escaleras para llegar a la puerta de entrada. Como tal, este alojamiento no es adecuado para personas con discapacidad o muy ancianos, dado que no hay acceso sin escalas.

perfect, quiet flat in the middle of a beautiful, lively town at the sea

The landlord and his wife welcomed us very friendly and explained everything concerning the flat. The flat is very well cut, newly renovated and really comfortable. We felt really good all around.

Ideal property in an excellent central position.

This is a lovely flat in the centre of Swanage. Ideal for the beach and the shops. Very comfortable and well equipped. Owners were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist us. It is not suitable for anyone with disability due to steps/ stairs- good exercise though!

Perfect location

We were made to feel welcome when Mark and Alexandra met us with the keys and showed us around explained how to use things like the shower etc. the location was perfect as you have shops, cafes, pubs within a 1 minute walk and just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay. You also have supermarkets within a few minutes walk. If you don’t know Swanage then it’s a great location to get to know the place. The only thing to be mindful if your elderly or have young children then there is 2 flights of stairs however we managed it with a 2 year old and the location far outweighed the stairs. We also felt safe and the windows have safety catches on so it was safe for toddlers. We will definitely be back!

Quiet and comfortable stay.

The flat was a lovely space, quiet and comfortable for our week. Being on the second floor complicated the logistics of all the things you need for a British seaside holiday, but overall a good place to stay right in town.

A lovely week stay in Swanage August 2021

The flat is in a very convenient location in the centre of Swanage, next to shops and restaurants. A few metres to the bay and the pier and not far from Durlston Castle and Studlands walks. We had a lovely time and the hosts have been really helpful organising our parking permit for the week. I would recommend it to a small family or couples.

Great Condition, new bathroom...good location for access to central Swanage (1 minute walk). Everything you need for a short break. Lack of parking nearby was the only minor problem. Was overcome by the owner of the flat kindly making the the 3 main carparks of Swanage available for us to use.

Lovely seaside flat

We had a lovely family holiday in Swanage. The flat is clean, bright and modern and very handy for the beach, shops and cafes. Mark was very helpful and replied to any queries very quickly. There is loads to do nearby- from taking the steam train to Corfe Castle, to kayaking in the sea. Highly recommended.

Perfect Holiday in Swanage

Excellent location for this perfect cosy flat in the centre of Swanage. Well equipped and Kitchen had everything you would need and loved the very large bath. Perfect for a dip in the sea and return to a lovely warm bath (sea still too cold!!). Central enough to visit all the usual tourist haunts which we did. Thank you

Spotless apartment

Mark and Alexandra were fantastic hosts! The apartment is absolutely spotless, it is clear they take great care of the property. The location is great, it’s in the centre of the town so perfect for the beach and the shops. The apartment has everything you need, the smart tv was perfect for my toddler to watch Netflix and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication was great and they were very accommodating.
