If you are looking for a house that has the bare minimums, this is it. Otherwise, bring everything. Air conditioner had to be worked on twice on day of arrival then in our 2nd day. Refrigerator wasn’t cooling so maintenance had to look at that also. Sinks and showers didn’t drain well and water backed up. House did not look like it had been cleaned. Floors were dirty, silverware drawer and ice maker both had food residue. Literally the only thing that was there that was extra was a toilet paper roll and a travel size bar of soap. No cleaning products, no pantry stables, no nothing. Only thing to clean with was a dirty sponge mop and a small vacuum. Kitchen pans had baked on residue. Beds were very uncomfortable and had cheap mattresses (even the teenagers complained). No extra blankets, or extra cover either. Patios and pool area needed pressure washing and the pool chairs were dry rotting. Pool area lights weren’t working. Overall, for what we paid, we were very disappointed with the house and it’s upkeep and lack of anything AT ALL to make it a “home away from home comfortable “ stay.
