Welcome to a luxury five bedroom holiday home that features one living room on the lower level, sitting room and two covered outdoor entertaining patios. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge space with extra emphasis on air flow and natural light. Luxurious and fully equipped kitchen with spacious benchtop, ample storage and quality Miele appliances. One lower level ensuite bedroom with built-in robe. upstairs features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study nook and a family room. The master bedroom features a large walk-in robe, ensuite bathroom with double basin and its own Juliette style balcony. Bedrooms 3 & 4 also share access to a balcony on the western side. Outside you will enjoy a fully landscaped garden, well-manicured common gardens, Weber BBQ and and of course, you will have access to the shared pool areas where you can enjoy a cocktail and snacks from the licenced pool bar.

Exceptional Stay in a Brand-New, Spacious Home
I recently stayed at this beautiful, newly-built house, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the home had been thoughtfully designed and meticulously maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, making meal prep a breeze. The space was not only functional but also spotless—everything was crisp, clean, and in perfect condition.
The house itself was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Whether you're cooking in the kitchen, lounging in the living area, or resting in one of the bedrooms, you'll find ample space to make yourself comfortable. The attention to detail and the overall cleanliness of the home really stood out to me.
