This 2 bedroom unit is neat and tidy with a leafy outlook off your balcony where you can sit and feel the sea breezes. Nestled in between Kings Beach and Shelly Beach take a short stroll to either beach or your choice of the many quality cafes and restaurants all just a 5 minute walk away.
Unit 2 'Chequers Caloundra' is located on the 1st floor with access via stairs only and will sleep up to 4 people in a Double bed and 2 Single beds. This property features a washing machine, dryer, TV and ceiling fans.
There is 1 bathroom with a walk in shower and separate toilet.
Please note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans are supplied.

Second bedroom: 2 x single beds

Main Bathroom: Full Shower + Toilet
Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds.
