Home Description - this is a small `hotel-style` unit with a large King Bed. Please be aware it can be perfect for some and extremely cozy for others! Parking is directly out front with a `Danya`s Room` sign entrance.
Inside the Unit:
- Hotel-style room with a large King Bed
- Kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig (no stove or oven)
- Coffee area for your morning pick-me-up
- No washer/dryer available
Pet rules:
- pets must stay off furniture, use restroom outside, and not be left alone in the unit. Violations or damages may result in a fee.
- 1 dog welcome (no other animals without prior host approval)

- Please be aware: this is a triplex with one shared wall. Room is adjacent to the road.
- Guests taller than 5’10” may need to duck slightly when entering the unit

Good place to stay in Santa Barbara area
Nice place in the beach town of Summerland. It was conveniently located to Santa Barbara and Goleta, where I was visiting my daughter at the university. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, with good communication from the host. Would stay again.

Lovely place
The only reason that I withheld the 5th star, is that the parking was difficult and I wish there could be an outdoor seating area to enjoy the amazing weather and location. Otherwise it was excellent!!

Absolutely an adorable little cottage nestled on the hills of Summerland. The owner left no stone unturned. Great use of space! Might add that the shower has excellent water pressure coupled with a bathroom fan that heats up the room...so Awesome!
