The Elevator Only One Was Working. It Was Dirty, It Was Slow. Had To Wait For Help At The Front Desk Every Time. Checking in and checking out. Only one ice machine worked and that was on the second floor. It was hot in the hotel, The pool area, the bathroom didnt have electricity couldnt use the light or the dryer for hands. The room we stayed in wasnt clean the way it should have been. Hard looking either rocks or something on the floor. Dirty spoon under the nightstand.

Needs Maintenance

The staff was friendly and check in was good. The room door had been previously broken and not fixed very well. Unsafe in my opinion. Overall not a terrible stay as the room was clean.

Hotel room was clean but looks outdated and has some wear and tear. Bed was very comfortable. No issues with noise from other guests. Water pressure in shower wasn't great (it might have been an eco-friendly shower head).
