Honestly the bed was super uncomfortable, washroom the door wouldn't open all the way to get into nicely and there was stains on the comforter. Hole in the facecloth.... people at front desk were nice, booking was easy and I appreciate the bottles of water. I didn't like the lack of elevator and there was heavy construction during the later part of the day that prevented me from an early trip to bed as I had an early departure

We liked everything about the stay. The breakfast was great. The only concern was the shower tub was slippery. We hope in the future they put in mats to provide better safety.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The new restaurant "Eagle and Olive" was great and they do room service!! I would recommend this hotel.

I visited two years ago, and this was my second visit, but both the company and the staff had completely changed. The restaurant was under construction, and I had to request extra blanket more than three times from the front desk, but they never brought it, so I follow with them to service place and had to go get it myself. The breakfast service was also not as good as it was two years ago.

For the price you can’t complain too much. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Got a nice little gift bag of goodies upon our later arrival. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. I was here for a soft opening in the restaurant where I had dinner. They comped my dinner. That was a nice surprise. I did have difficulty operating two remotes. I couldn't watch TV at night . One was for Roku and the other was for the TV and I kept getting your messages that the internet was not connected. I tried several ways around it including logging in on Wi-Fi.
