Large Fenced backyard-large shed in backyard (miami-dade hurricane winds approved), large rooms, new wood look vinyl flooring in living & master bdrm & hallways, white ceramic tile in kitchen & separate dining room. 1 bdrm is beige carpet. 2 large walk-in closets, kitchen pantry. Ceiling fans throughout, new light fixtures. Easy roll down hurricane shutters throughout, including screened patio. Inside newly painted, new A/C, new roof, large screened back porch w/slider access from master bdrm or dining room, insullated curtains, verticles on both sliders leading to screened porch. One car garage w/auto opener, utility sink in garage, refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, glass top oven/range, wi-fi capatable. Circular driveway w/palms in center. NOT an HOA or gated community.
Pets are negotiable.
