The apartment is divided into two levels: on the first floor there is a large open space with living room, TV sat, kitchenette, sofa bed and terrace with amazing lake view. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one double and one with twin beds) and a bathroom with bath tube. There is a beautiful lake view at 180 ° degrees from all the windows of the apartment. The garden just outside the apartment has a space furnished with chairs, table and parasol; from a steep stone staircase you can reach an area with sunbeds and deckchairs. The center of Stresa with boutiques, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the dock for the Borromean Islands is just 10 minutes driving. Private garage at disposal for clients. For animals there is a cost of euro 20 per week.

Es stand 10 Min vom Zentrum, aber mit dem Auto, hätte ich das gewusst hätte ich es sein lassen. Mängel sind Beleuchtung Dampfabzug, Bedienung is klebrig, sollte mal gereinigt werden, Badewanne statt Dusche sehr schlecht, Code vom Schlüsselkasten stimmte nicht, Aussicht ist toll

Pas mal mais peut mieux faire

Location très bien placée avec une vue magnifique. Très bon accueil par la personne de l'agence, qui est restée disponible si besoin. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine ! Pour ce niveau de prix, on serait toutefois en droit d'attendre un niveau de prestation supérieur : micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, wifi inclus permettraient de revenir à niveau. Rien de choquant toutefois : l'annonce est très claire quant à l'absence de ces équipements, donc pas de mauvaises surprises. Ce qui s'est en revanche avéré plus gênant : - un ménage bien fait dans les grandes lignes mais pas dans les détails (la hotte de la cuisine est gluante de graisse et l'intérieur des tiroirs est poussiéreux), - des matelas hors d'âge sur les lits de 90, - et le tout petit détail pas bien grave mais un peu mesquin quand même : pas de pile dans les télécommandes.

la rue ne figure pas sur le GPS, très compliquée à trouver. L.appartement n’est pas accueillant, vous ne vous sentez pas attendus,il n’avait certainement pas été utilisé depuis un moment,il était froid. Le seul point positif la petite terrasse au soleil du matin avec une très belle vue sur le lac
