Tremendous bang for your buck

Visited for a two-night "staycation" with my wife and the hotel is excellent all around. We were in a Standard King in the contemporary wing, and the room was plenty big enough, with nice amenities and a great look. Staff were friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for walking around the town centre, there are tons of lovely areas to lounge (inside or out) and the tiny Falcon Coffee Lounge inside is a great touch. We wouldn't hesitate to return for another stay!

Lovely hotel, central to shops restaurants and the river. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was tidy and clean. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, including cereals, fruit, pastries and cooked options. Overall, a very pleasant overnight stay and would recommend to friends.

Loved our stay But! - Only fault was a very hard bed, it was so hard we could not sleep! Neither could my Son and daughter in law in their room! We were in Stratford for the marathon so it was very unfortunate that none of us got a good nights sleep!

Perfect stay

Hotel is in a great location with parking on site. Rooms are really lovely and comfortable and staff are really warm friendly and excellent. Bar and restaurant are really very nice and the garden area is a lovely place for a drink or to chill. Millie on check in was absolutely brilliant.

Great staff and site, but disappointed that we had to walk to reception to get a card authorised to purchase drinks at the bar in the evening...unnecessarily made things a bit of a faff. Staff were pleasant and welcoming though. Also please note that the parking charges have increased to £15 per night, not the £12.50 advertised. Staff did go out of their way to assist with our birthday celebrations, which were very welcome. Thank you.

Great Hotel.

Great stay in a very friendly hotel. Great location with a very comfortable room and bed. Had a drink in the great stocked bar and went into town for Dinner , food did look amazing in the Hotel but we had booked our restaurant a few days before. Helen the receptionist was so helpful, polite ,professional and very knowledgeable regarding the Hotel and local area. A very Happy traveler
