I couldn't open my room door with my key. The door handle wouldn't turn except with great effort which I don't have. The manager did attend to my problem but his solution was to unlock my room up to 30 minutes before I arrived back from my evening activity. He assured me my room and contents would be safe, but still my door was unlocked without my being there.

The only real "note" I have is that there are no coffee makers in the rooms which would have been fine except that all of the nearby places that I could have just bought a coffee were closed when I left at 7:30am. Otherwise it was great. Big comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, and the shampoo smelled like Earl Grey Tea. I'll be back.

There was no daily service to the room even tho it was offered, there was an old trailer in the parking area and junky garbage around the perimeter. Definitely suffering from lack of management.
