My overall stay was wonderful. The staff was accommodating and kind, the room was clean and well kept, and smelled good. Parking was a dream and the breakfast was exactly as I expected. If I find myself in that area again, I will absolutely stay here!

Easy and convenient hotel; relatively clean (some stains near elevators but hopefully they'll take care of it. Beds super comfortable! Only thing is, they were unwilling to help with a forgotten item (a stuffy that belonged to my daughter..) no value to anyone absolute emotional value to a child... don't forget anything!!!

The property was fine, I was disappointed because the pool was out of service and that was the reason for staying there; non-refundable booking. I have grand children and we opted for a hotel with an indoor pool. Lesson learned; call the property to ensure the accomodations you need are available. Other than that, our stay was comfortable.

The room needed a lot of touch ups - missing edge on corner of wall, frayed carpet edge, nicks and marks all over front and back of doors. Breakfast was a joke. The first morning there was no milk for the cereal and the waffle maker was broken. The second morning none of the hot food was available, including the still broken waffle maker.

The pool and laundry were out of order for the entire 4 days that we were there. The floors were dirty. They had no milk on the last day for breakfast. They allow guests to fill their coolers with ice 24/7. Do not stay in room 128 due to the noise of the ice machine. Despite all this, the staff was very friendly.
