I asked to change the credit card, and the front desk said sure. The card on file was still charged. I have 3 pending charges I have no idea what they are for and I’m am waiting to see if they drop off. The room was not what the description said it was, the shower curtain is too short, the room was not made the second night.

Just ok

Friendly and efficient check in. Unfortunately the room had a foul musty smell mixed with lingering cigarette smoke and cleaner. The wall a/c unit was covered in dirt and dust. Bed was too firm for my husband, but ok for me. The bathroom appeared mostly clean with a few stains. Thankfully we only spent one night and it was not an expensive room.

No hot water

No hot water Friday or Saturday. Was not informed upon check in. Charges way more than the hotel rate was for the night to not have hot water. This means the towels were not washed in hot water either. Staff said they were aware and were waiting repairs. We stayed to have hot showers and sleep but that did not happen.

We had an extended stay. The room was not cleaned well during our stay. We thought there was a mouse in the room and when that was confirmed visually, I told the staff about it and their rely was “that doesn’t surprise me.” The breakfast buffet was pretty good, but there was never anyone around if you needed something. I might stay there again, but I’d look for other options first.

Stay was good as usual. A couple of things that need to be fixed are; 1) Ice Makers on each floor. (They only have 1 on the 2nd. floor) 2) Broaden the food menu for dinner. Options are iffy at best.
