Fully stocked coffee bar, high-quality towels and linens, beautifully appointed restrooms, and all the creature comforts of home. Outside we have a covered patio with dining set and a fire pit to bring the family together. All of this only 0.7 miles from Tarleton University and downtown Stephenville.

Location was great

We loved the location and property. Plenty of room for our group. We appreciated the small touches like wax warmers and candles, ice, plenty of bedside plugs and charging stations and recommendations on food. Lot size was also great with plenty of parking and a large yard. Beds were comfortable and host was attentive to any issues or communications needed. Check in and out was a breeze. We will book again.
