Our three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo with a very spacious dining/living room makes it easy to come with all of your favorite people and enjoy this amazing town together.

The condo complex is a unique small, quiet 24-unit complex. Our family-friendly condo has two primary bedrooms on the top level that both have a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a desk for remote working, and a full bath. They both also have their own fireplace, and they share a balcony, which is the perfect spot for morning coffee. The third bedroom is an enclosed bunk room that has a bunk bed with twin and full mattresses. The bunk room does not have a private bath, but there is a full bath and walk-in closet just outside the doors from it. The kitchen is on the first floor, the entire first level flooring is HEATED, and it features a spacious pantry and a laundry/mudroom for washing clothes and storing gear. From the kitchen, you walk down a small flight of stairs into the open living and dining area. Here, you will find an 8 seater dining room table, an enclosed bunk room, full bath, walk-in closet with lots of games, puzzles, and other amenities. The living room has a fireplace, smart TV, queen-sized pull-out sofa mattress, and a full body massage chair! There is also a bar in the living area with glassware, bar accessories, and a mini-fridge for keeping your favorite drinks cold. 

●Located next to the Ski Resort (2 min walk), which has Hiking, Biking, Gondola rides, water stream with beach area for playing, yoga, summer movies, concerts and more in the Summer/Fall and Iceskating, Skiing/ Boarding, and concerts in the winter.

*There are baby safety gates installed at every level of the stairs. Open, close, and lock as needed.

There are childproofing supplies provided in a bin in the pantry. If you feel childproofing is needed for your kiddos, you can put on and take off supplies as needed. Some drawers and cabinets already have some locks installed. They just have to be activated.

There is a bathtub in one of the master bathrooms for bathing little ones. There is also a few bath toys in the cabinet.

The condo does have 4 outdoor steps to reach the front door but once you enter there is a mudroom on entry-level that is big enough to store strollers and additional gear, so there are no lugging strollers up and down full flights of stairs.

The walk-in closets are big enough to fit the pack 'n play in for small children to sleep.

We have a pack n play with sheets and an additional mattress that fits perfectly inside the pack n play for added comfort.

We have a changing pad with covers.

We have an additional padded rug for setting up a play area.

There are a few kids' toys, kids' games, books, a high chair, pack n play, changing table, and kids' dishes + bibs.

There is a baby swing in one of the master bedroom closets for use.

The hospital is a 4 minute drive

There are a lot of playgrounds in Steamboat, there is a great one 5 mins away
