Guest Access:

During your stay you have the entire condo to cozy up in! Please make yourself comfortable!



The Neighborhood:

The Hillside Haven is a close and peaceful fifteen-minute walk to the base of the ski mountain where you can find coffee shops, restaurants and bars. The free shuttle is always a convenient method of transportation around the town. Steamboat has endless year-round activities!



Getting Around:

There is parking for 1 vehicle. No trailers per the HOA. The Green Line comes every 20 minutes and is only a 9 minute walk from the property; This shuttle is free and will get you pretty much everywhere in Steamboat! Uber is rare, but available as well.



Other Things to Note:

The amenities are controlled by the community HOA and we do not have control over any closures, cleaning days, or any other reasons for them to not be open for guests. If these are very important to you for your stay, kindly reach out to our team to ensure they are going to be open during your visit.



The HOA is maintaining the stained decks and exterior of the building starting August 5th; The project is expected to go for 2 weeks weather permitting.
