The property is private and in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything is updated like bathrooms and kitchen. Also, only 30 minutes away from New York City. Direct express train from Stamford station to Grand Central.

To enter and exit there is a small number of stairs.

To add on to the listing description the home goes along with a great location that gives an easy trip to get to downtown Stamford where you have access to a large variety of restaurants. As well as all the other things that come with downtown Stamford such as theaters, parks, and shopping centers.

- We also have laundry hours in which guests are allowed to do their laundry. These hours are from 9AM-8PM every day of the week.

Don’t stay here

I wish I could give a better review but this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at with VRBO. The property was a basement apartment, smelled like sewage and had a sump pump that ran all the time - so imagine hearing a loud flushing toilet every 30 seconds. The cleanliness was poor and the furniture was very Cheap and.

Very lovely basement unit

I had such a great time in Stamford! Very lovely town and a very lovely property. It is a 15 minute walk to downtown so I’d recommend loaning a car or using rideshare services. The unit also has quite low ceilings, so it does feel a bit cramped if you’re over 6 foot.Overall, a very great unit and communicative hosts.
