Good location. Easy access to Red Hook. The inside could use some updating but overall was as advertised.

Good value, nice pool and people.

Clean, basic, accommodation. Located above pool and Sudi's restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was nicely remodeled and food good. No noise the night we stayed. AC units worked well. We stayed one night in transit to the BVI, good value for what we needed. Had to search a little for towels but found them and they were very nice. Thanks to our host.

Good Location. Close to Beach and Bars

You are literally steps away (one floor up) from Sudi’s which is very convenient for breakfast, drinks and dinner. The Downside, however is that you cannot escape the noise and music playing until 10:30pm and starting again in the Morning - which one might like or dislike! The Apartment is big but a little outdated, with some lights not working i.e. on the balcony which was a real bummer. Despite that, there is everything you need to have a good time. Check in and check out was very smooth. When looking for a place to stay in Sapphire Village this is a good choice.

Listing not as advertised

The listing claims to accommodate 4 but there is only one bed. I would have never stayed here knowing what it’s like now. Thankfully it was only for one night. My wife and kids had to sleep with another family member because there was no second bed. I would honestly appreciate a refund of some kind. Room was also not clean at all, however the owner refused to provide one. Very disappointed!

Disappointing

When we arrived, we called the property Mgr to get into the room. The door had 2 lock boxes..one on the door jamb and the other on the door handle. The Mgr gave us the code to the door jamb lock box. It didn't work...we tried several times...the Mgr said he couldn't come because he was on a different island and nobody was around to help. He told us WE were doing something WRONG. Then, I finally tried the door box and it work. As for the room...it was terribly outdated, no soap was to be found except hand liquid soap at bathroom sink, the vertical blind were missing several slats and dirty looking, the sliding glass door was hard to open/close, and the bed was uncomfortable. Would not recommend or stay here again.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed and we travel extensively. We received no information from the owner prior to check in so we couldn’t get into the unit, and when we finally did get into the unit we wish we hadn’t! Everything in the unit was broken and/or dirty and disgusting! There was no internet, the television didn’t work, the vertical blinds on the broken sliding glass door were also broken and wouldn’t open or close, the doors were broken off the storage units, the refrigerator was so dirty we hardly wanted to touch it, and the bathroom was filthy. The kitchen was under stocked with literally one cereal bowl that my husband and I had to share! There was only one trash can in the entire unit and the bed was creaky, hard, and looks nothing like the picture online. The AC units looked like they were going to fall apart at any moment and were so loud we had to wear earplugs at night to drown out the noise. The owner was unresponsive to our requests and clearly knows nothing about hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this unit to my dog-let alone another human being. It is uninhabitable for anything more than a single-cell organism, which I fear is what lives there in abundance.
