St Simons Classic Beach Cottage

Circa 1930 Beach Bungalow Ubicado en el corazón del Village Historic Preservation District. Completamente renovado a los tacos. Si buscas la casa rural costera con encanto perfecta, no busques más. Desde el pintoresco porche delantero hasta el relajante porche trasero, esta casa fue renovada con todos los detalles en mente. Adorable cottage near everything

This little house is even cuter than it looks online. It is a wonderful screened in back porch and a patio with a fountain - so relaxing! It's within easy walking distance of the beach, as well as at least 10 restaurants. Loved it!

This is our 2nd time at this house so that tells you how much we love it. The location is perfect. EASY walk to the shops and restaurants and extremely comfortable. The bed is ridiculously comfortable. The space is used so well. Decor 10/10 There is nothing we needed that wasn’t there for us. Clean and beautiful. So quiet in the house too. You don’t hear any street noise. The little detached 1/1 is perfect for an older child or even a mother in law or friend. Love this place! Cannot say enough about it!
