Great place with some opportunities for improvement
The pool area was definitely our favorite! The kids spent most of our visit in the pool or playing bocce. We have been coming to this area for many years and the house was well situated near the beach, shopping, and plenty of activities. We had great space for the kids (18,17,12,9) and two adults. The neighbor to the left, Dan, is super nice! Neighborhood is quiet and perfect for families. We were a bit disappointed by a few things we expected based on photos and property description: 1) there is an umbrella stand and umbrella spot on the outside table, but only the small Surf Style umbrellas available; 2) the game room doesn’t have a TV and the pool, ping pong, and air hockey table is on rough shape, wobbles a ton and is only able to be used for ping pong and maybe pool, there is a bracket screwed in so you can’t flip it over for air hockey; 3) the kitchen had very limited forks (6) and no large skillet or colander 4) the overhead lights in many of the rooms are not great and either too bright or not quite bright enough; 5) many loose bricks on the pool deck area; 6) the upstairs room to the left and the downstairs room on the right we’re not able to get the TVs working due to issues with the Google account setup.
