Great location. Unit closer to ocean then most , plenty restaurants and bars with music within walking distance. The view from balcony and rooftop is Amazon. Hot tub great, the pool was cold but would definitely stay here again ! Corner unit was good size and very clean

Overall, great stay. Beautiful view and beautiful beach. Cleanliness was ok, wish the floors had been mopped. Also wish there were more utensils in the kitchen to cook with. The guest bathroom sink did not drain properly. But aside for those, we would stay here again.

Clean property. Nice, quiet beach not overly populated so made for a very relaxing weekend yet close enough to food and entertainment that you didnt feel secluded or lacking.

We arrived and checked in across the street. Each condo has own parking spot next to beach and pool. Pool/hot tub clean. Elevator to unit. Unit was on 4th floor and looked out over pool/beach. You cannot see other balconies. Unit was clean and beds comfortable. Kitchen lacks a casserole/oven pan. The bath towels are fluffy. There were beach towels and chairs. I would book again.

It was a great stay. Unfortunately it rained for four days but thankfully there was so much to do it didn’t matter. We loved the condo. It was well stocked and comfortable and clean.

Overall the property was great. Parking was awesome. Check in a breeze. Condo had some upgrades in kitchen and bathrooms. Couch and chair were very dated. Cookware needs to be replace as all the teflon was scratched and not safe for use. Cooking utensils were plastic and melted. Bedding in second bedroom was very old and bed kinda firm. All in all though we enjoyed our stay.

Really nice view, not the cleanest

The place smelled of sewage and mold when we first arrived. We attempted opening doors for awhile and it didn't work. We did text the phone number provided and they did give us the recommendation to run all the faucets for five minutes to see if that would help. They said this was due to the fact that it had not been used for a long time. We did it and it did take the sewer smell away, but it was still musty. Including the sheets smelled musty. If it is known that a place hasn't been rented in awhile then 1) running the faucets should be the part of the preparation for upcoming guests and 2) the beds should have freshly washed sheets, not ones that have been on there for a super long time. Which leads to the second issue. When we pulled back the sheets on one of the beds, there were what appeared to be mold spots. When I texted about this, they could bring over new ones. I expected them to remake the beds for us. But all they did was hand over two different sizes of flat sheets. So we didn't even bother using them, as we had already laid down a flat sheet from the extra set provided for the sofa sleeper. One night we to sit in the hot tub and as we were going to go in, a lady told us it closed at 9. We didn't think to look at the time until we got to the elevator, but it was 8:55. Granted, we know that's only 5 minutes, but sometimes that's all you need in a hot tub. It was already locked, so that was disappointing. The view was amazing and the beach was right there.

Quick Weekend stay

We kept our reservation understanding the community was still in recovery from the recent hurricanes, so was very accepting of they cleanup happening and some services not being available. The place was great and the people we worked with were pleasant and very informed. Unfortunately the place had a stale smell that we were able to eliminate by leaving doors/windows open the first 24 hours. Also, the general cleanliness of things like dishes and bathrooms were things that were less than expected and not impacted by the hurricane. So if the place has a proper cleaning, it would be a 5 start review.
