Family Vacation

The property was as advertised and very comfortable for our group of 8 adults. It has a great outdoor space and we split time evenly between the pool/ spa and the beach which is literally steps away from the home. It is also a convenient location to stores, bars and restaurants. We also rented a golf cart for the week, which limited driving the rented vehicle much at all. We would definitely look to book this property again.

Great location

Beautiful home and location. Just feet from the beach and a great restaurant that had live music across the beach. The pool and hot tub were great. The kitchen is a great space. Property management was responsive to the one minor issue we had. Only suggestions - a dresser in the double twin bed room would be nice. Not a lot of storage in the room where two people would stay. The other rooms had huge amazing closets and dressers. More outdoor furniture please. Pool furniture and table off kitchen are great. Upper patios did not have furniture. It would be great to have some outdoor couches up there for the beautiful view. Great place to stay. We had a great trip.

Beautiful Home/Amazing Beach View

Our family stayed a week at this home. Everything was as described in the listing. All beach necessities are provided with the home. Kitchen well equipped. Gorgeous view of the beach from the home from all floors. We enjoyed our family spring break vacation at this location and would rent it again in the future.

Family Summer Get Away

Newer property with very nice spaces for a group of people to enjoy. Great access to the beach and nicely stocked kitchen. We loved the surrounding area because it wasn’t SO crowded. The only thing that you should be aware of is the property is located right beside a main beach access…so day and night there is plenty of activity next to the house. When we stayed there, there were a small group of homeless people who camp right under the bridge leading to the beach, which caused frequent police visits. If you love people watching and interacting with different people then this is a fantastic spot. If you don’t then you might reconsider. Overall we were very happy with our choice and I would recommend this one. One last thing if you need any assistance from the property management company it’s best to call otherwise your response time is longer.

Better luck next time!

This place looks so beautiful from the outside, but the inside was less than desirable. We had issues the entire length of our stay, and most were never dealt with besides issuing a $100 refund which was essentially a slap in the face after paying over $1000 a night. The place was dirty upon arrival- ant infestation, hairs all over, dirt, dust, grime. They told us it would be cleaned the next day - it never happened. Next, there was not not water in any of the showers besides one on the main level- was told this was due to the heat- complete bs and a a huge sanitary issue. The sinks barely got hot either. The power in the primary suite was on and off and breakers were continuously. This was not due to plugging in anything extra besides a blow dryer. This issue was never resolved. Next, we were promised a working elevator - elevator never worked- having a handicap father this was an extreme issue and we were told it would be taken care of - this also never happened. The beach gear they promised was all broken, tattered, and rusted. They brought in a new beach wagon and other gear - but made us put it all together and it was all also very cheap. I ended up having to spend a vacation vacuuming up others mess and installing beach gear. They did bring us ant traps on our last day - lucky us. Often times, the host didn’t respond for days at a time and was also very short and rude. I would not recommend staying here whatsoever besides the beautiful location.

Indian Rocks Beach

The home was spectacular! Very clean and beautiful. Very comfortable for a large family and just steps from the beach! All of the beach chairs and umbrellas were already there, as well as boogie boards and pool noodles and beach toys. We throughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. The home is conveniently located on the main road across from CVS and restaurants and the main road leading into Clearwater Beach …. Beautifully decorated and a large garage. Well done, to the owners!!! Thank you for caring for this home and sharing it with others!!!

Exquisite Indian Rocks getaway

The house was amazing and had everything you could possibly ask for - latest technology in kitchen appliances, spacious rooms and bathrooms, a pool, gorgeous views and right on the beach. I especially liked that we each had our own bathroom and that there was a bedroom and bathroom downstairs for guest to use. The house was also spotless.

Great Beach House!

This house is great for a beach vacation. Our group was made up of 2 families of 4, including 4 children 12. The house had plenty of room for both families and was truly set up for the beach. The house had plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for when you walked down to the beach, which was just outside. The house also had a refrigerator on the first floor, which made it a short easy walk to a cold drink when lounging at the beach or pool. And the floors were durable material (i.e., not hardwood or carpet), which made it easy to clean up if a wet child did go inside. The area around the house also has plenty of stores and restaurants if you like exploring. But the area and the beach is not congested so you never feel crowded. The only minor improvement would be to add some shade at the pool. The sun shines directly on the pool from around noon until almost sunset, so something to create a shaded area over the pool deck and pool would have been welcome. We definitely would consider staying here again.
