Just the right size and beautiful view

Nicely updated , tastefully decorated, 2 bedroom condo. It was a very comfortable place for my husband and myself for a long weekend. Beautiful view of the ocean!

Stay over Christmas

Clean, well-equipped, and as described. The kitchen came to the rescue when there was a power outage at our grandparents and had to cook Christmas dinner at the condo.

Great birthday weekend!

Took my now 16 year old and a few of her friends for a weekend at the beach. The unit was great! She and her friends stayed in one room and I had my own. We were able to cook all our meals there as well. There were plenty of towels, bedding, and dishes. There were even boogie boards and chairs for the beach in the unit. The only negatives would be that there was only table seating for 4 (and we had 5) and there was no hot water in the kitchen sink.

Condo on the beach

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at the condo. The location was perfect.. walk out of the door, take a few steps, and you're on the beach. The condo was clean upon arrival, and there were plenty of kitchen supplies. The management company was quick to reply to any questions we had.

We were steps from the beach. Condo wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived, dishes were caked with food, ran out of toilet paper. A bunch of small issues but overall it’s a great property for the price.

Excellent experience!! Communication with property manager and getting access to the room was quick and easy. The property included everything we needed. Gorgeous view of the gulf. Nice pool. Very clean! Will definitely stay at this location again.

Great location

Nice place to stay, no one there to help

Arrived to check in, there was no one at the office. Called the number and was given a code to the key lock box, my information was not inside. Was told they would call me right back but didn't. Had to call again and was given a 10 digit number to remember to enter my room. Never received actual keys, no parking pass, had to call to get the wifi password. Was never contacted at all the remaining time of our trip. But at the room was nice

Definitely needs some improvements

Let me start by saying you CANNOT beat the location. Mere steps from the door to the soft sandy beach. But inside the condo there's a few things that really need help to make it worth the price, in our opinion. First of all, those two raggedy a** couches are disgraceful and flat out disgusting. There's no other way to put it. I preferred our family sitting on the kitchen chairs - at least those can be wiped down. Seriously, the couches have got to go 🤢 While highly subjective, obviously, we weren't fans of the scratchy sheets nor the mattresses provided. Of the four of us, two adults, a preteen and an elementary school age kiddo, none of us slept well. An upgrade to the blinds would be nice, maybe add a set of see-proof curtains in the bedrooms? Being on the first floor, obviously people walk by and with the lights on at night, there's visible, larger gaps so I didn't want our kids changing in there. Lastly, setting this place up for maximum occupancy shouldn't happen with this tiny bathroom. It's painfully small, even if not everybody has a lot of stuff they leave in a bathroom. It was clean enough, can't speak about kitchen utensils etc since we didn't cook etc. I love that you get an assigned parking spot for your stay, that makes quote the difference in this area where parking is very difficult to come by. Again, you cannot beat the location, and I loved being able to just run inside for some snacks during our one beach day, or that our kiddos could run in to use the bathroom etc.

Pretty nice place

This place is right on the beach, which is what I wanted! The unit could have been cleaner, the air vents were very dirty and lots of dust/cobwebs under the beds. The sheets and towels were not comfortable, very rough. The furniture in living area has seen better days! Overall, for what I was after (beach) it was nice!

Excellent Stay and Location

Great location! Just a few steps from the beach. The place was clean and well decorated. The pool is heated so well that we swam outdoors in 70 degree weather. Also in close walking distance is a convenience store and other shopping.

Excellent location, nicely updated unit in an older complex. A few minor details detract from overall interior impression (rusty doorstop, lavatory drain ring, and toilet paper dispenser in the otherwise updated bathroom). AC unit would be a concern during warmer months (cautioned not to set below 72 or unit will freeze up). Cosmetic issues with stucco on exterior need attention but are to be expected in properties of this vintage in a beach environment.
