Jay was the manager at the desk. My friend and I are 77 and 82 years old. Jay was WONDERFUL! He was like our personal assistant assuring everything was perfect and it was! He helped carry stuff. He rescued my still running car. He upgraded our room, which was immaculate. It was the best stay I've had anywhere in a really long time. The location was great for restaurants, stores and activities. ALL of the staff was welcoming, pleasant AND helpful. I will look forward to staying here again.
