This was our first stay in this side [part] of Florida and must say the listing photos dont do it justice. The views from the corner balcony were stunning, as was the sunrises [dolphin watching] every morning. We had a few minor niggles [lift was found broke on arrival, no concierge to seek advice after a long haul flight etc] but this was swiftly dealt with by the hosts. The property was found to be clean, well stocked with modern appliances and was also well thought out with everything you might need. The location was also great for the beach/supermarket and in general the place/location has a really relaxed vibe. Again a big thanks to Charles/Liz to kick start off our Christmas & New Year USA road trip.

Very nice place, very clean, nice view, good location. Beds were comfortable enough. Plenty of dishes and other kitchen/cooking items, keurigdrip coffee combo, etc. Very nice view from balcony.The washer was missing some piece that I suppose is where fabric softener and bleach goes. There was a bit of gunk in there, and it wasn’t clear to me if it would get on my clothes. Ended up not being an issue, but it would be nice if that were fixed. No other complaints.

Everything was as advertised. Clean unit well maintained. Kitchen stocked well. Very quiet. Only two minor maintenance issues that need addressed: kitchen faucet needs secured, dryer makes a loud squeaking sound and there was no hairdryer in the unit.

Unit has great views and convenient location. Beds are newer but super firm-be advised. Issues with dryer and minor other things were handled by management. Beautiful renovation and wonderful coffee makers were welcomed.

Nice Condo in Good Location

The condo is really nice and the location is great. The complex isn’t the nicest but you don’t really notice once you’re inside the condo. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit saint pete!

Easter Weekend

Very nice riverfront condo with ocean views. Top floor, Large covered balcony w great view of boat traffic on the river and playful dolphins. Everything functional in unit. Very clean except for sandy floors. Bring your streaming passwords if you want to use the TV. Publix and beach approach within 100 yards.

Wedding weekend at the Palms

All of our friends and family flew in from out of state to attend our wedding in Tierra Verde. Most of our guests stayed on Treasure Island and this place was centrally located to everything and served its purpose for sure! It was spacious enough for us to get ready and do our hair and make-up with our bridal party and there is a Publix conveniently located next door to grab a few groceries. This is our second time staying in this building and both times were clean and inviting and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo! Great location!

This is our second time to rent this condo. It’s always clean. The beds are comfortable. The views are gorgeous!! Publix (the grocery store) is right next door so it’s an easy walk to pick up items. The beach is easy access. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great Location

The property was well maintained and clean. We loved the view from our balcony and enjoyed watching the boats, skiers, swimmers, and dolphins every day. The proximity of the Publix, restaurants, and the beach were also appreciated. We would definitely return to this location.

Great condo

The pool and hot tub were clean and fun. The condo has everything you need. It was right next to Publix and only 2 blocks to the beautiful beach. I highly recommend this condo.

Master bedroom mattress was terrible. Not enough kitchen accessories. There was 4 of us and only 1 wash cloth. Ridiculous. I would not recommend this condo to anyone.

Great views!

Had a great time. Attending wedding at Bilmar. We walked to the wedding. Saw lots of dolphins and enjoyed the pool. Great restaurant’s to walk to as well.

Overall was fine. Electrical outlet in hall bath did not work. Found the floors to be very dirty on our feet. TV in large bedroom had pixel on most channels and could not watch. Bar stool had a bad spot on seat. Bed mattress in hall bedroom very noisy. Thank you.

Overall a nice place for a short weekend trip

Location was great and next door to a Publix a plus. Great balcony with views of pretty homes and dolphin watching. Master bed mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable, really needs a new mattress. I lacked sleep all weekend. Guests want to be able to get a good night sleep and that didn’t happen. Hallway shower barely trickles water. Unit was clean and kitchen had necessary supplies. Hot tub was great, pool was slightly dirty with bugs and sunscreen film floating. Towels for the beach and a couple of beach chairs, thank you. No front desk secretary to ask where to put luggage since our flight arrived earlier then check in time. Luckily there was a maintenance man in our unit and allowed us to put luggage in the room for safety. I guess we could of asked for early checkin but we didn’t need the unit, just a place for our luggage. Overall the unit gave us what we needed and expected. The balcony was our favorite with plenty of space, table, and chairs.

Great location!

Wonderful & very clean! Highly recommend an Uber to/from the airport if you plan to stick around the area. Lots of places nearby plus the trolley system. Beach is right across the street & very clean! We will definitely be back! One & only piece of feedback for the condo itself; the beds are very loud. One move & you’re awake. Overall very clean & nice and we would love to come back!

Visit to Palms of Treasure Island

The condo was awesome. Plenty of space and great location. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay, watching for dolphins, activity in the bay, and the sun coming up in the mornings. Perfect. Just across the street is the ocean and nice beach. Plenty of restaurants around and a supermarket right next door. Also trolley stops are just steps away. Enjoyed our time here very much and everything went smoothly. The discounted fun package tickets were also a plus.

Treasure Island long weekend

Nice condo on the 4th floor of the building. We struggled a bit with the key pad to get in when we arrived, but once we got in, all was good. The view is beautiful, kitchen and living room very nice and comfortable. The front bedroom has a nice view of the water and that bed was much more comfortable than the bed in the bedroom right when you walk in to the condo. The communication with the management company was very good and thorough. It was much too cold for the pool and hot tub unfortunately but overall a nice stay and nice condo.
