Family vacation

The house was very clean and nice. Kitchen is FULLY stocked with anything you will need to prepare a big meal for your family. The backyard is completely private and the neighborhood is amazing. It’s so nice and quiet. Perfect for walking my dog around in the early morning. Really the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the hot water in the master doesn’t work and either did the hot tub. Other than that it was very nice. If your taking a dog the closest “beach” is 40 minutes. None of the public beaches allow dogs🙄

The property was very clean. It was close to shops and beach, very convenient. Diane was great to work with as the liaison as well as the owner. Had an issue the first day but it was resolved by day 2. Would definitely rent this house again.

Overall Good rental

Didnt get the chance to use the hot tub attached to the pool as we couldn't figure out how to get it to turn on or use it. Some instructions would have been nice instead of a small note of when something operated at certain times. It was either chilly, cold or raining to go to the beach so the pool was a plus. The house was very peaceful. My family and i enjoyed our stay very much despite the weather we ran into in Florida. Thank you for letting my family stay in your beautiful home.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The location was absolutely perfect! We were within 5-10 minutes of Walmart, multiple fast food places and the beach which was very much not crowded at all & absolutely beautiful! The inside of the home was very clean. Only complaint was some of the glasses seemed a bit dirty but nothing a little wash couldn’t take care of. The pool was very nice but we did have an issue with the jets. We could not figure out how to turn them on so we messaged our contact and they replied that they were on a timer but they did not know when they come on and off. Not a huge inconvenience, just would’ve been nice to be mentioned. The only other issue we had was the lawn crew. We were not aware people would just be walking into the backyard weed eating while we were in the pool. After messaging our contact, they did inform us that it was in the guest book which we had not seen. The main issue there was the fact they left the gates open & our dog ran straight past them out into the road. We could have put our dog up if we had known. Thankfully we got him back but the lawn people also did not mention a word to us that our dog had ran past them and out of the gate. We had assumed the shut the gate. We got him back easily considering we noticed him missing in a matter of 2-3 mins. He had not gone out of the front yard but it just would have been nice to get a txt heads up about this. Overall the place was wonderful & our family had a great time!

Beautiful perfect home!!

Our stay was pretty amazing in this home! We absolutely loved the house and outdoor area! The house is fully stocked with everything you would need and the outdoor area with the pool and seating areas made the stay! We will definitely be back without a doubt.

Birthday Getaway

There are some things that need to be addressed on this property. The hand soap in the hall bathroom. was mixed with water . I would have thought during this time with covid you wouldn’t be cutting corners . The bedroom with the queen size bed was horrible there was a bad dip in the center of the bed . The master bedroom mattress was hard as a piece of plywood. The pool was horrible it took several hrs to get it cleaned just for us to get in it . Just a suggestion the living room desk chairs you have for additional seating needs to be replaced with actual recliners or chairs for long term sitting . Last thing the bedroom tv didn’t work at all meaning no cable what so ever. I would have thought the price I paid I would have had a better experience.

Amazing home with private pool

Starting with the host Diane. She definitely makes sure the home is clean and although we had no issues the 2 times I called she answered right away. Location of the home and neighborhood is very nice. The home was well stocked with ALL the comforts of home and almost the whole house was open to us except 3 small personal cabinets. Pool is heated with plenty of toys for the pool, kayaks, chairs and longer with tables Beautiful landscaping and lights to shine on the pool for night swimming. Big privacy fence around the backyard and our furbabies were free to roam with NO worries. This is about 9 miles from the beach (short drive) and if we are ever in this location again this would definitely be where we stay. Priced reasonably and definitely worth every penny We got to meet the owners for a brief minute and was so happy to know how much we were welcome to share their home with us. ❤
