Not what I expected....

The unit is cute, but not as clean and new as advertised. Back yard needs lot of attention, dishes and utensils were not enough for 5 persons (there were literally three forks), so we had to run the dishwasher after every meal. Matresses are bouncy, so sleeping two in a bed was not comfortable at all. Check in and out was ok and the manager promptly responded to our texts...

My family and I enjoyed our stay. From the wonderful customer service provided by property management, the location to St Pete’s Beach/Treasure Island, and the property amenities, this property was a great find! I would definitely choose BA stays when I return to Pinellas County.

Very good stay!

Very happy to rent this property for almost 2 weeks. Great price , very close to St Pete downtown (15 min drive), Tampa (20 min) . Convenient for family (me, my wife and little son). Greg (management) was on top of everything , very fast with responses and super polite. Definitely i will recommend this property to everyone who is looking for clean , quite place for very attractive price.
