I brought my elderly mother who had a hard time going up and down the front steps of the porch, and you may want to consider getting some handrails there for safety. It was even hard for me who is a healthy adult.Enjoyed our stay

Graduation weekend

This was the perfect property for an Eckerd graduation. Walk in shower for my elderly mother. The fourth room with murphy bed allowed for more sleeping. The home was easy to access close to Gulport and Eckerd. Gorgeous Kitchen. So nice to have a Keurig with pods stocked!

This property at all our needs and was pleasant to stay in. Close to Gulfport historic downtown and to St Pete beaches. Came for a wedding taking place at Hotel Zamora. We would book again.

Clean comfortable house. Kitchen large with coffee provided. Location was great for our purposes. 15-20 minute walk to the Gulfport beach promenade and shops. Was a 9-10 of 10, though the 6 year old would have liked a pool. The legos were a hit though.

Great house and location!

House was as advertised. Very clean and well organized. Had everything we needed. Plenty of space and a great neighborhood. The location was great. Plenty of places to eat and proximity to the beach was good. We would definitely stay again.

Roomy and Great Layout

Four real bedrooms were ideal for myself and my three children. Lots of room with an easy and convenient location. The property manager was just wonderful- she was helpful, easy to communicate with and got me back a bunch of clothes we left behind. Thank you!

The property was lovely, updated, and well-furnished. We have family in Gulfport and St. Pete. The location was convenient and the sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly for our family of six. Very nice home near St Petersburg

Very nice property. Clean and inviting. The back patio was very nice. It started to rain and breeze was blowing. I actually fell asleep. It was nice. The house had all the amenities needed including plenty of linens and everything a kitchen requires. TVs were large and easy to view. Furniture is comfortable.

The family had a great stay in Gulfport

This was a great location and clean cozy house very close to the beach. One recommendation is to replace the bedframe in the master bedroom as it was not very stable and looks like it has been repaired before. Other than that we had a great stay and it was nice to be able to take our dogs with us on our trip.

easy to find and good location for things we needed

This is a nice home that had plenty of room for the five of us and I know the young adults enjoyed having their own rooms. It is very nicely decorated and has pretty much all you need. And the location is great...you can walk to the beach and tennis courts and it is close to everything. You park in front of the house, which is nice for getting things in and out. A few negatives...there is random step from the dining room into the kitchen and you just have to be careful...I had a fall, but I was moving too quickly and forgot about the step. Just glad I caught most weight on my arm on the chair and not my face, which bruised from the table, but again, my fault for moving too fast. The water pressure in the showers is just OK...not terrible, but made us appreciate our really good pressure at home. Lots of good instructions throughout the house and clearly lots of care and concern given to tenants. I would stay there again.

Attending a Gymnastics Competition

We booked this property for some of our gymnastics coaches and their families to stay while we attended a gymnastics competition. The property was very clean and organized and the location was very convenient. Would highly recommend.

Great welcoming home in Gulfport

Beautiful home. Plenty of space and everything you need in the home. Didn’t have to purchase anything else but our own food. Landlord was extremely attentive and responsive when we needed them.

Great stay in a great house!

This home was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. It is so much bigger than it looks and the layout was great - different from so many other homes. Although I booked through VRBO, there is a third party management company (Evolve). Then the contact person listed on Evolve's website is the homeowner, and not the management company, which was confusing when I had a question. However, the homeowner (Linda) was very nice and happy to help. Will definitely try to stay again the next time we visit the St. Pete area!
